1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Khwam Khit ("we", "us", "our"), an online AI development school registered at 88 Rama I Road, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330, Thailand. By using our website at khwamkhit.sbs or enrolling in any course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services

Khwam Khit provides structured, online AI development courses delivered remotely. We currently offer three courses:

• Beginning AI Development — 8 weeks, ฿4,600
• Practical Model Building — 10 weeks, ฿9,900
• Complete AI Project Lab — 12 weeks, ฿18,000

Course content, schedules, and mentor availability are subject to change. We will give enrolled learners reasonable notice of any material changes.

3. Enrolment

Enrolment is open to individuals aged 18 and over. By submitting an enrolment enquiry or completing registration, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet any stated prerequisites for your chosen course. We reserve the right to decline enrolment at our discretion, in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.

4. Fees & Payment

Course fees are shown in Thai Baht (฿) and are due in full prior to course commencement unless a specific instalment arrangement has been agreed in writing. Payment is processed securely through our authorised payment provider. We do not store card details. Fees may be updated for new intake cohorts; the price displayed at the time of your enrolment will apply to you.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

We understand that circumstances change. Our refund policy is as follows:

• More than 7 days before course start: Full refund, less any payment processing fees.
• 3–7 days before course start: 50% refund.
• Less than 3 days before start or after commencement: No refund, unless the cancellation results from a significant change to the course content or schedule made by us.

6. Learner Conduct

We aim to maintain a respectful, constructive learning environment. As a learner, you agree to:

• Engage with course materials and mentors in good faith.
• Refrain from sharing course materials, recordings, or assessments with third parties without our written permission.
• Treat fellow learners and mentors with courtesy in any shared spaces or communications.
• Not misrepresent your identity or submit work that is not your own without appropriate attribution.

We reserve the right to remove a learner from a course without refund if conduct seriously disrupts the learning environment or breaches these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, lesson recordings, written guides, templates, and website content are the intellectual property of Khwam Khit or our licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use these materials solely for your own learning during the course period. You retain ownership of any original work you create as part of course projects.

8. Service Availability

We endeavour to keep our learning platform accessible throughout each course. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for temporary interruptions due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including connectivity issues on your side, third-party platform outages, or force majeure events. Where a service disruption materially affects your course experience, we will offer an appropriate remedy such as extended access or a rescheduled session.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Khwam Khit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or courses. Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the fee paid by you for the specific course to which the claim relates. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. The updated version will be published here with a new effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For enrolled learners, material changes will be communicated by email.
